Conventional fish finders emit sound waves into the sea at a single frequency and display the received signals as images.
In contrast, the chirp method emits sound waves while gradually changing the frequency and processes the received signals specially for image display.
This significantly improves resolution, allowing fish to be displayed vividly.

Moreover, to achieve this chirp technology, a dedicated wideband transducer capable of emitting signals over a wide frequency range is required. By developing both the main unit and the transducer in-house, we are able to achieve optimal settings and highly detailed images.

Wideband Transducer compatible with ClearChirp™ Fish Finder

You can choose a wideband transducer for ClearChirp™ from TD320/TD340/TD361/TD380.
The frequencies are 90kHz-140kHz for mid-chirp, 38kHz-70kHz for low-chirp, and 130kHz-220kHz for high-chirp.

HDX-10C also features a wideband mode! You can select the frequency.

In wideband mode, by connecting a wideband transducer, you can select frequencies in 5kHz steps for low and 10kHz steps for mid/high. Selecting and changing the optimal frequency according to the fishing ground and fish species is also effective in reducing interference and noise from other vessels' fish finders.

Emphasizes seabed boundaries with a white line.
The display level can be adjusted, allowing you to fine-tune how the seabed appears to suit your fishing spot and target.

USB Port for Data Storage

The main unit is equipped with a USB port, so you can transfer and save mark data and images from the main unit to a commercially available USB memory (32GB or less) without the need for an optional memory card.

*The HDX-10C is equipped with a USB (Type-C) port. To connect with your existing USB memory (Type-A), please connect the included USB memory Type-C conversion cable to the main unit.
*The maximum supported USB memory for the HDX-10C is 32GB. We do not guarantee the operation of all USB memories. Some types may not operate normally.

Main Functions of HDX-10C

The HDX-10C is equipped with a variety of unique HONDEX fishfinder functions.

● Fish size display
The digital series adds size display to the popular fish character function.
It can be determined by a size from 1 to 99, and a one-touch "display/hide" function and a two-screen display with the normal screen are adopted so that the reaction can be confirmed instantly with the actual image.
* This function is only valid in fish mark mode. Also, it can be used within the 100m range.
* The numerical value of the size display may have an error due to various factors. Please consider it as a reference value.

● Fish depth display
The fish character display has been added with the height from the seabed and the depth from the sea level (unit: m).
* This function is only valid in fish mark mode. Also, it can be used within the 100m range.
* The numerical value of the depth display may have an error due to various factors. Please consider it as a reference value.

● Same frequency two-screen display
The fish finder image of the same frequency can be divided into two screens, and the sensitivity of each can be adjusted.
By comparing the two screens, you can set the most optimal sensitivity.

● Full-screen sensitivity adjustment
With conventional fish finders, the sensitivity changed from that point when it was changed, but with digital fish finders, it is now possible to change the sensitivity on the screen (past records).
With this function, you can adjust the sensitivity while looking at the entire screen (past records), so even beginners can manually set a clear image.

Bright screen with wide viewing angle & bonded LCD adopted

The display unit has a very high resolution of 800 x 600 dots, allowing even fine reactions and characters to be seen clearly.
In addition, the use of a high-brightness LCD (1000 candelas) provides excellent visibility in bright places such as direct sunlight.
Furthermore, the use of a bonded LCD improves LCD visibility and prevents condensation.

Built-in GPS antenna, monitor connection system compatible

The HDX-10C has a built-in GPS antenna. *When using the built-in antenna, it may not be able to receive depending on the mounting location and method.
In addition, the HDX-10C can be connected to a monitor (no modification costs required!), allowing the same screen to be displayed even in remote locations on the ship.
