Trailer slope rail, compatible with rail width 350 mm (rail center to center)

By installing a trailer slope rail, the JET can be raised and lowered smoothly, and the tail lamp, hose, etc. are not submerged in water, which prevents damage to the trailer and makes it last longer.
When not in use, it can be stored between the trailer and the PWC body.
To install, simply attach the rail guide (included) to the trailer body.

●Made of durable steel (iron galvanized) and 50 x 50 square pipe, so you don't have to worry about pulling it up with a winch.
(Please have 2 to 3 people support you when pulling it up. If you force it up using only the winch, it may cause damage to the winch.)
●When not in use, it can be easily stored between the trailer and the PWC body.
(Please note that depending on the boat or trailer, it may not be possible to store it, and depending on the boat, the bottom may hit the rail guide part when loading it.)
A safe stainless steel round pipe is used for the handle.
●For processing on the trailer side, simply attach the rail guide to the rear frame of the trailer using U bolts. (There is an installation confirmation at the end of the page)
*Please note that if the frame on the trailer side to be installed is low, the rear end of the slope rail will be close to the ground, which is dangerous.

Q. Is it possible for the "Rail Guide Section" to fit between the trailer's bank rails and be attached to the rear end frame?
The rail guide part size is 420 mm in total horizontal length.
The U bolt size for installation is 112 mm effective width and 76 mm depth.
Especially if the R shape is quite deep on the rear end frame, the U bolt may not fit.
In that case, it is possible if you prepare a larger U-bolt etc. separately.
*If installed on a frame with a tight radius, the bottom of the boat may hit the rail guide.
In that case, raise the bank rail and adjust. We recommend that you check the size of the rail guide parts using a dummy in advance.
*If there is a license plate etc. on the mounting part, it is necessary to move the plate etc. (Other than public roads)
*Depending on the compatibility of the boat and trailer, it may not be possible to store the rail.
The space for the rail to pass through after installation requires a gap of approximately 85 mm in height and 71 mm in width.
