About returns and exchanges

Products that cannot be exchanged or returned

In the case of exchange or return due to the customer's convenience, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
If the item is returned due to our company's circumstances (wrong delivery/defective item), please send it back by cash on delivery or return shipping (arranged by our company).
