Product details
[Effect]
●The water flow flowing on the surface dynamically creates upward thrust pressure on the bottom surface of the stabilizer, pushing up the stern and pushing down the bow, shortening the time until planing, increasing propeller efficiency, and improving fuel efficiency!
●The water flow created by the propeller is efficiently pushed backwards, improving controllability and straightness.
●The time until planing is halved, making running and control smoother. It also saves fuel consumption by 10-40%.
[Installation method]
1■ Place the stabilizer on the cavitation plate and mark the 4 places to drill holes.
*At that time, after drilling a hole with a diameter of 6 mm, make sure that there is a gap of at least 1 cm between the edge of the cavitation plate and the edges of all four holes.
*If there is no gap of 1cm or more, the cavitation plate cannot be installed as there is a possibility that it will be damaged while driving.
2■ Use a drill to drill holes with a diameter of 6 mm in four locations, and then pass the included bolts from under the cavitation plate.
*From the bottom, temporarily tighten the 4 places by inserting the bolts → cavitation plate → rubber washer → stabilizer → washer → nut.
3■ Perform final tightening, but instead of final tightening one location at a time, do it diagonally a little at a time, ``evenly in four locations in an X-shaped order.''
4■ Since a locking nut is used, there is no need to tighten the bolts until the stabilizer is deformed.
5■ Move the stabilizer and check that if there is no play, the installation is complete.
【lastly】
Do a test drive and check again to make sure there is no play between the stabilizer and cavitation plate.
