This is an elliptical, stylish stainless steel hitch member made by the lost wax (precision casting) method.
The main bar, ball mount, hitch ball, and removable pin are made of stainless steel, while the mounting brackets and other parts are made of steel with a baked-on paint finish.
The ball mount is a top-of-the-line model featuring O-rings to reduce rattling noise.
