For those who prefer to leave their mount in the hitch receiver,
we recommend using a "mount lock key."

We heard a story from a customer who went to a shopping mall, parked their car, finished shopping, and when they returned to leave, their ball mount was gone. 😨
They said, "It was only held in by a pin, so it was removable, but I didn't think something like this would happen... I couldn't use it, so I came to buy a mount and a lock key."
