Developed In-house! Equipped with HONDEX ClearChirp™ Fish Finder!

Conventional fish finders transmit sound waves into the sea at a single frequency and display the received signals as images.
In contrast, the Chirp method transmits sound waves while gradually changing the frequency, and then processes the received signals specially to display images.
This significantly improves resolution and allows fish to be displayed more clearly.

Furthermore, to achieve this Chirp technology, a dedicated broadband transducer capable of outputting signals across a wide frequency range is required. By developing both the main unit and the transducer in-house, we are able to achieve optimal settings and deliver precise images.

Broadband Transducers for ClearChirp™ Fish Finders

Broadband transducers for ClearChirp™ are available in TD320/TD340/TD361/TD380.
The frequencies are 90kHz–140kHz for mid-chirp, 38kHz–70kHz for low-chirp, and 130kHz–220kHz for high-chirp.

HDX_TD

The HDX-10C also features a wideband mode! You can select the frequency.

In wideband mode, by connecting a broadband transducer, you can select frequencies in 5kHz steps for low frequencies and 10kHz steps for mid and high frequencies. By selecting and changing the optimal frequency according to the fishing ground and fish type, it is also effective in reducing interference and noise from other vessels' fish finders.

USB Port for Data Storage

Equipped with a USB port, you can transfer and save mark data and images from the unit to a commercially available USB memory (32GB or less) without the need for a memory card (optional).

*The HDX-10C is equipped with a USB (Type-C) port. To connect your existing USB memory (Type-A), connect the included USB memory Type-C conversion cable to the unit.
*USB memory up to 32GB can be used with the HDX-10C. We do not guarantee the operation of all USB memories. Depending on the type, it may not operate correctly.

Main Functions of HDX-10C

The HDX-10C is equipped with a variety of functions unique to HONDEX fish finders.

● Fish size display
In the digital series, we have added a size display to the popular fish character function.
You can determine the size from 1 to 99, and we have adopted a one-touch "display/hide" function and a two-screen display with the normal screen, allowing you to instantly check reactions with actual video.
*This function is only valid in fish mark mode. It can also be used within a 100m range.
*The numerical values for the size display may vary due to various factors. Please consider them as reference values only.

● Fish depth display
We have added a display of the height from the seabed and the depth from the sea surface (unit: m) to the fish character display.
*This function is only valid in fish mark mode. It can also be used within a 100m range.
*The numerical values for the depth display may vary due to various factors. Please consider them as reference values only.

● Dual-screen display of the same frequency
You can split the fishfinder image of the same frequency into two screens and adjust the sensitivity of each.
By comparing the two screens, you can set the optimal sensitivity.

● Full-screen sensitivity adjustment
With conventional fishfinders, changing the sensitivity meant it would change from that point on, but with digital fishfinders, you can now change the sensitivity on the screen (past records).
With this function, you can adjust the sensitivity while viewing the entire screen (past records), allowing even beginners to manually set clear images.

Bright screen with wide viewing angle & bonding LCD

The display unit has a very high resolution of 800x600 dots, so even subtle reactions and characters are clearly visible.
In addition, with the adoption of a high-brightness LCD (1000 candelas), visibility in bright places such as direct sunlight is excellent.
Furthermore, the bonding LCD improves LCD visibility and prevents condensation.

Built-in GPS antenna, compatible with monitor connection system

The HDX-10C has a built-in GPS antenna. *When using the built-in antenna, reception may not be possible depending on the mounting location and method.
Additionally, the HDX-10C can be connected to a monitor (no modification costs required!) and display the same screen in a remote location on the boat.
