Our own development! Equipped with HONDEX Clear Chirp™ Fish Finder!

Conventional fish finders output sound waves into the sea at a single frequency and display the received signals as images.
In contrast, the chirp method outputs sound waves while gradually changing the frequency and processes the received signals specially to display images.
This significantly improves resolution and allows fish to be displayed more clearly.

Furthermore, to achieve this chirp technology, a dedicated wideband transducer capable of outputting signals over a wide frequency range is required.
By developing both the main unit and the transducer in-house, we are able to achieve optimal settings and highly detailed images.

Wideband Transducer for Clear Chirp™ Fish Finders

You can choose from TD320/TD340/TD361/TD380 for the Clear Chirp™ wideband transducer.
Frequencies are 90kHz-140kHz for mid chirp, 38kHz-70kHz for low chirp, and 130kHz-220kHz for high chirp.

HDX_TD

The HDX-12C also features a wideband mode! You can select the frequency.

In wideband mode, by connecting a wideband transducer, you can select frequencies in 5kHz steps for low, and 10kHz steps for mid and high. By selecting and changing the optimal frequency according to the fishing ground and target species, it is also effective in reducing interference and noise from other boats' fish finders.

Highlights the seabed boundary with a white line.
The display level can be adjusted to suit the fishing spot and target.

The unit is equipped with a USB port, allowing you to transfer and save mark data and images from the unit to a commercially available USB flash drive (32GB or less) without the need for an optional memory card.

The HDX-12C is equipped with a variety of unique HONDEX fishfinder functions.

Fish Size Display

In the digital series, we have added a size display to the popular fish character function.
You can determine the size from 1 to 99, and for instant confirmation of reactions and other details with actual images, we have adopted a one-touch "display/hide" function and a two-screen display with the normal screen.
*This function is only valid in fish mark mode. It can also be used within a 100m range.
*The numerical values of the size display may have errors due to various factors. Please consider them as reference values only.

Fish Depth Display

We have added the height from the seabed and the depth from the sea surface (unit: m) to the fish character display.
*This function is only valid in fish mark mode. It can also be used within a 100m range.
*The numerical values of the depth display may have errors due to various factors. Please consider them as reference values only.

Same Frequency Two-Screen Display

You can display two fishfinder images of the same frequency side-by-side and adjust their sensitivities independently.
By comparing the two screens, you can set the optimal sensitivity more effectively.

Full Screen Sensitivity Adjustment

With previous fish finders, changing the sensitivity would take effect from that point forward, but with digital fish finders, it's now possible to change the sensitivity on the screen (past records).
With this feature, you can adjust the sensitivity while viewing the entire screen (past records), allowing even beginners to manually set up clear images.

Bright screen with wide viewing angle & bonded LCD

The display has a very high resolution of 800x600 dots, so even subtle reactions and text are clearly visible.
In addition, the use of a high-brightness LCD (1000 candelas) provides excellent visibility in bright conditions, such as direct sunlight.
Furthermore, the bonded LCD improves visibility and prevents condensation.

Built-in GPS antenna, compatible with monitor connection system

The HDX-12C has a built-in GPS antenna. *Reception may not be possible depending on the mounting location and method when using the built-in antenna.
In addition, the HDX-12C can be connected to a monitor (no modification cost required), allowing the same screen to be displayed at a remote location on the ship.
